Job Description
Good theoretical knowledge in aircraft fatigue and crack propagation analysis of metallic structuresMinimum of 6 years Lead experience on any of the two main Aircraft Primary structuresAble to create calculation templates with aid of excel formula and VBA MacroPossess strong knowledge in the area of load/stress analysis with abilities to identify structural load paths.Experience in detail drawing reading and geometry data extractionHands on experience on GFEM Load extraction for analysisWFD and Damage tolerance studies of aircraft structuresStrong engineering problem solving capabilities.Stress dossier preparation for F&DT activitiesTool Skill:ISAMI: Spectrum Analysis, Fatigue and Crack Propagation modulesISAMI: 1D and 3D Joint modelsExcel Based analytical calculation for Static and F&DT.Excel Scripts (VBA) /Python/AWK - Value additionExposure to Patran/NastranHypermesh/Hyperview: Postprocessing of FEM results
